Before the start of the new semester, California State University, Northridge needed more than 60 diverse interior and exterior signs installed. Our responsibility was to receive and efficiently install the various signage elements within a tight timeframe. As anticipated, there were various challenges to overcome due to the fact that the jobsite was in varying states of preparation. One unexpected setback was that the hanging signs did not properly fit into the frames provided. At the very last minute, we had to trim the signs on the spot so they could fit in the intended frames. Working in close coordination with the managers on-site, our team put in long hours to meet the deadline and overcome all the obstacles. The store was able to open as scheduled and the signage successfully directed the flow of returning college students. Despite the complexities and winding turns of this project, we were able to think on our feet to beat the ticking clock and deliver the level of quality promised.
