Here’s How We Rollout

After being in the business for decades, you can say we’ve got a routine down. Here’s how we work to ensure the right results for every project, big or small:

Phase 1: Discovery

As signage supersleuths, we know how to ask all the right questions about your project, such as:

• What are your goals and vision regarding the end result?
• What’s your budget and timeframe?
• What do you need from us to ensure everything goes right for you?
• Do you have photographs, sketches and layouts for us to look at?

With these answers, we are able to gain a full understanding of your project and where we would fit in it. This allows us to provide an accurate bid and build a strong foundation early on between both parties. Through years of experience, we have found that collecting all of this information upfront saves our clients a great deal of time and money through the course of their projects.

Phase 2: Assembly & Strategy

Upon price agreement or awarding of the contract, we move right into strategy development. This includes assembling your dream team based on your needs and scheduling out the job day by day.

For projects that include design and/or production, we will request any necessary PDF files, graphic files or any other essential materials. Since many of our clients manage national campaign rollouts where the color inks, dimensional lettering and other elements need to look 100-percent consistent, we are accustomed to receiving the final products in the mail and completing the install from there. We also provide site surveys and will learn the layout of the land to ensure that the strategy is feasible and best suited to your needs.

Phase 3: Execution

This is when the magic happens! If the project is more complex or extends across several locations, we’ll spend the first day working out any kinks and ensuring proper placement of all materials. From there, we’ll move like a well-oiled machine to complete the work while keeping you and your team fully in the loop. We’ll send you pictures of the job and ensure that you’re 100-percent satisfied with our work. We don’t call it a wrap until you give us the good ol’ thumbs-up!
