Sharpe Signs was hired to remove and redo vinyl wraps for VITAS’ Southern California fleet of trucks spanning three different locations. Working closely with the staff at each location, we coordinated our efforts so the company could keep its trucks in service as much as possible. During the project, we created a detailed record of each truck and noted the various challenges to keep our client in the loop every step of the way. After the original contract was completed, we further assisted the client by conducting surveys to determine the substandard vinyl that needed to be replaced on additional trucks. We traveled as far as Northern California to resolve these installation issues that arose with the additional trucks. By the end of the project, we had successfully revamped the entire fleet on-budget and on-schedule to give the client a new competitive edge with their rolling billboards.
